Building Resilience & Connection: An ACT Skills Group for Interpersonal Growth

This is a 10-week skills group that costs $200 for the full 10 weeks. In this ACT-based skills group, you'll learn some  foundational skills that are necessary for anybody embarking on trauma work and how the trauma and triggers may be showing up in relationships. The focus will be on identifying problematic responses and coping behaviors that may occur in relationships, increasing mindfulness and acceptance, living in line with your values as a path to better show up fully in your relationships.
